How do I use the dpl® Neck Pillow?

1. Plug in the device.
2. Place the dpl® Neck Pillow on your neck and power up the device. Half of the LEDs in this device use the infrared spectrum, which is invisible to the naked eye. If the visible red lights are on, the infrared LEDs are also on, but are not in the human visible light spectrum.
3. Leave the device over the treatment area for 15-20 minutes
4. Turn the device off.
