How do I use the dpl® Wrist Wrap?

1. Fully charge the device.
2. Place the Wrist Wrap on your wrist/hand and power up the device. Half of the LEDs in this device use the infrared spectrum, which is invisible to the naked eye. If the visible red lights are on, the infrared LEDs are also on, but are not in the human visible light spectrum.
3. Leave the device over the treatment area for 15-20 minutes
4. Turn the device off.
